“Assembly histories and morphological dominance of early-type galaxies“

In this talk, I will present a general characterization of galaxies with early-type morphologies. These apparently red and dead galaxies can be useful samples to understand quenching mechanisms of star formation and mass growth histories when they are analyzed at different masses and environments in the local Universe.
